SCAR CAMOUFLAGE

Using NueConceal, a leading brand of high quality pigments and innovative technology, a device is used to calculate a custom blended formula of pigments to match perfectly to your skin tone. This technique is used to deposit ink into the skin to match the surrounding skin on the following scars:

  • Tummy tuck, C-section, Face Lift, Breast augmentation

  • Stretch marks

  • Surgical

  • Burns, Injury or Accident

  • Self Harm

  • Vitiligo

  • Cleft Palates

INKLESS SCAR REVISION

Medical grade, lab tested serums are used with special needles to reactivate and restore the skins collagen, melanin and elastin production. This improves the skin’s overall tone and texture.

The benefits of using this technique:

  • Raised scars can flatten out

  • Stretch marks, Acne Scars or any textured scar will become smoother

  • Tightness in the tissue will release tension

  • Discolored scars can lighten and even out

  • Minimal downtime

3D Areola Tattoo

Permanent tattoo ink is used with advanced shading and highlighting techniques to create a realistic appearance of the areola and nipple on the breast. Results are lifelike and mimic the texture and protrusion of the nipple and areola. This procedure enhances confidence and body image for those who have undergone mastectomy or other breast surgeries.

Process

  • Book Consultation

At this time, the scar will be assessed and a test patch will be given. All questions and concerns will be answered along with a proposed treatment plan of how many sessions are needed and pricing per area. Please note that each individual responses to camouflage tattooing vary due to factors such as the skin’s initial condition, the size and depth of the scars or stretch marks and the body’s natural healing response. Pre care instructions will also be given if prceeding with scheduling an appointment (deposit is required)

We do accept pictures of scars sent to paramedinktattoo@gmail.com and the consult can be disscussed over the phone or email. The photos must be clear and show the entire scar in order to give an accurate quote

  • During Appointment

For Inkless Revision: Texture and tone of scar will be analyzed to determine the type of needles, speed, depth and serum used

For Scar Camouflage: NuConceal device is used to calculate precise formula for color matching the skin. The scar will be analyzed to determine the type of needles, speed, depth and serum used

For 3d Areola Tattoo: Measurements will be drawn to provide symmetry in both breasts. Pigments will be selected that compliment your skin tone. Several types of needles and shading techniques are used to create a 3D effect

All appointments include a follow up appointment. At that time, any areas that need minor touch ups will be worked on and decided if additional sessions are needed

  • After Care

During and after the treatment, the area will be raised, red/pink and feel like a sun burn. Healing time varies by skin but usually takes 4-8 weeks to fully heal. Minor irritation subsides within 3-5 days. The scar will appear darker the first week and start to lighten as the dead skin cells shed

    • Keep area clean using an antiseptic soap and luke warm water

    • Apply aftercare cream 2-3 x day

    • Do not get wet the first night

    • Avoid hot showers and working out that causes excessive sweating for 5-7 days

    • Do not rub, scratch, peel or pick at any crust that forms. Let it naturally flake off.

    • Stay away from saltwater, pools, sauna for 14 days

    • Avoid sun bathing or direct sun exposure during the healing phase of 4-6 weeks

All treatments include a follow-up session

  • Immediately following the procedure your skin will look raised with a pinkish to red color. Swelling may occur but will reside within 24 hours. The area will be slightly sensitive and feel like a sun burn. As the skin starts to heal, you will experience itching and the area will get darker and eventually peel. Healed results takes about 4-6 weeks

  • During the healing phase, direct sun exposure must be avoided. After the healing stage, if you do tan, the pigmented area does not change and it will remain the same color. As the tan fades, the camouflage area seamlessly blends back to the surrounding skin, maintaining the consistency of the pigment
